AMMNET

AMMNET focused on data uncertainty problems associated with environmental monitoring networks. We investigated issues related to measurement validation and estimation of missing or erroneous values, which are critical for taking trustworthy decisions in a timely fashion. Specifically, we studied how the quality assurance process can be improved by adopting data mining methods under both near real-time constraints and off-line, using historical data from Saudi Aramco’s environmental monitoring network.

While at IDSIA, I was the Principal Investigator of this project and performed all activities for preparing, organizing, managing and delivering this grant.
